I currently live in San Francisco and work at Sense – a fast-growing company that builds and sells a full stack of recruiting process automation products to enterprises. Imagine you are Amazon and you want to hire hundreds of thousands of workers every year and you want to automate every part of the recruiting process and ensure candidates have a great experience while being efficient – that’s what Sense does!

I graduated from Stanford Business School with an MBA. It made my mother really happy. I thought I could happily retire then but I decided to start a social media company, which ultimately did not succeed but I became a much better dealmaker, sales person in that process.

Previously, I have successfully led large multi-million dollar projects in Healthcare, Technology, Government, Automotive, Government, Real-estate in India and the US.

I love long-distance running, eating extremely spicy food, and making people laugh. Sometimes I over-indulge in Geo-Politics and that’s a guilty pleasure.
